280 g flour
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
10 g. of powder baking powder
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil Di Casa
1 lemon zest
icing sugar
a pinch of salt
1 vanilla pod
1 egg yolk

The biscuits with olive oil are prepared biscuits with a pastry where the butter is replaced by our extra virgin olive oil: "House Of Oil". They're great for dipping in milk at breakfast.


Put the whole plus the yolk into a bowl and beat with sugar for a minute then, continuing to whisk, add the olive oil Di Casa and aromas (vanilla pod seeds and lemon zest). Sift in a bowl the flour and baking powder, add salt, add to egg mixture and sugar and begin to knead: when you have mixed all the ingredients and get a smooth and homogeneous mixture, wrap in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for least half an hour.
